How do I make a payment?
MODERNO accepts payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) and USD only.
We are supported by payment gateway options such as :
1.Direct bank Transfer(only Malaysia)
2.FPX Online Banking (only Malaysia)
3.Visa/Master (For worldwide)
4.Paypal (For worldwide)
The system will automatically verify your payment if you choose the payment methods above. Please contact customer service to check your payment record if your order showed payment error/failed.
* You will be redirected to the payment platform for remittances once you choose the payment method and submit your order.
Note: The payment process must be completed in one time, therefore, please avoid filling data errors/press the return key / under the unstable network during the remittance steps.
(2) Pay by Maybank & Public bank (For buyer from local Malaysia)You may make payment to our bank account via cash deposit machines, bank counters, ATM deposits, online transfer, cheque.
* Please contact customer service and attach the order number & payment receipt in order to proceed with your payment asap via an available channel (Wechat, Whatsapp and FB messenger) after payment made.
You may submit your payment notification at My Account > Order History, click on the “Payment Notification” beside the order number that you had to make payment and fill in your payment information or please contact us at 0103811725 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
(3) Self pick-up (For buyer from local Malaysia)
Only available at our physical store Selangor, Petaling Jaya.
